Techvisk

For companies

Engineers who own real work from day 2.

You need fewer junior engineers than you used to, and you need each one to contribute sooner. Techvisk trains them before you hire, on the skills AI has made scarce, and shows you the evidence.

The standard

Day 1 is onboarding. Day 2 is a real ticket on a real project.

  • Reads an existing codebase and explains how the main flows work
  • Asks the right clarifying questions and proposes a design
  • Uses AI tools to move fast, and catches output that is wrong
  • Raises risks early and says plainly what they do not know
  • Delivers the change, tested, without being chased

What they are trained in

The skills a short bootcamp does not build.

Stack knowledge is the easy part now. A capable engineer with AI tools picks up a framework quickly. We train what takes longer.

01

System modelling

Design the system before anyone, human or AI, writes it.

  • Data modelling: entities, relationships and constraints
  • System architecture: components, boundaries and dependencies
  • Interaction design: who calls what, in which order
  • Process and user flows: every path, including the failures
02

Domain understanding

Know the business the software exists to serve.

  • How the business earns, spends and loses money
  • The rules, regulations and edge cases of the domain
  • Turning a vague business need into precise requirements
  • Speaking the language of the people who use the system
03

Engineering judgement

Decide what is right, including when AI says otherwise.

  • Weighing trade-offs: cost, speed, risk and maintainability
  • Reviewing AI-generated work and catching what is plausible but wrong
  • Knowing what to build, what to buy and what to leave out
  • Reasoning from fundamentals when there is no answer to look up
04

Ownership

Carry the work from problem to production and stay accountable for it.

  • Taking a problem end to end without being chased
  • Communicating clearly with teammates, reviewers and clients
  • Delivering under deadlines and real constraints
  • Standing behind what you ship, and fixing it when it breaks

How we reduce hiring risk

Months of evidence in place of a one-hour interview.

01

Months of observed work

Every engineer comes with a sprint history: what they built, with whom, and how they handled deadlines.

02

Review records

You see how they defended their design decisions under questioning, not how they answered a puzzle.

03

Shipped projects

Working systems with design documents you can read before the first conversation.

04

Internship-first option

Start with a trial engagement. Convert to a full-time hire once you have seen the work.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us.

Hire a graduate

Full-time engineers who have completed the programme and are ready for a critical project.

Take an intern

Current students for a fixed term, with the option to convert.

Sponsor a cohort

Fund a cohort and get first access to the engineers who come out of it.

A team trained on your stack

Tell us your stack and domain. We train a team on it before they reach you.

Questions

What hiring teams ask us.

What does "deployable on day 2" mean?

Day 1 is onboarding: accounts, access, context. From day 2 our engineers can take a real ticket on a real project and move it forward without hand-holding.

How is this different from campus hiring?

Campus hiring tests aptitude in an hour. We give you months of evidence: systems built, reviews faced and decisions defended.

How is this different from a hire-train-deploy vendor?

The training is finished before you hire, so you only take on engineers who are already productive. It is also built on our own research into what AI-era engineering work needs.

What roles can Techvisk engineers fill?

Backend, frontend and full-stack engineering, and applied AI work. All are trained to design the system and understand the domain, not only to write code.
